On June 21st, 7:30PM I’ll be in Hollywood, California, on stage at the venerable Spanish Flamenco club El Cid where the popular national storytelling organization The Moth holds its monthly competitive Storytelling Slam – true stories on a theme, five minutes, no notes.
I am telling the tale of joining “The Love Club” in my boyhood neighborhood – a collection of pimple-faced adolescent schoolboys and one girl – Timmy Spellman’s older sister Eunice.
I work in Hollywood, CA, as a voiceover performer, and tell stories in schools, conferences, festivals, nightclubs, and theaters.
